How does the NUVERO subscription work?
The NUVERO subscription offers a modern alternative to traditional car purchase and leasing.

The fully digital NUVERO experience provides easy access to an exceptional vehicle through a flexible package that includes:

• Comprehensive insurance
• Manufacturer-approved servicing
• Tyres
• Taxes
• Roadside assistance
• A smoother, more flexible approach to premium motoring, based on a single monthly payment.

Choose the subscription term that best suits your needs.

The term you select is your minimum commitment period. At the end of this period (minimum 6 months), your subscription can be extended up to the maximum term specified for the vehicle you have chosen.

Your vehicle will usually be delivered within approximately three weeks of receipt of payment and full approval of your application.

During this period, the NUVERO teams will take care of all the necessary administrative procedures, including:

• Registration,
• Number plates,
• Vehicle documents,
• Vehicle preparation.
• Where a specific availability date is indicated for a vehicle, it will generally be ready within three weeks of that date.

Some models may require additional time depending on:

• Their availability,
• Their configuration,
• Or the current stage of their procurement process.

Prices and Payments

The NUVERO subscription comprises several elements:

1°) Activation fee

€990 (including VAT), charged once only when you take out your first contract as a new customer.

2°) Deposit (optional)

Depending on the vehicle and the offer, an initial deposit may be required

3°) The monthly payment

This already includes all services related to the vehicle (insurance, manufacturer’s servicing, taxes and breakdown cover)

4°) The security deposit

A security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of the contract subject to the condition of the vehicle and the terms and conditions, will be required

The exact amounts (activation fees, deposit (if applicable), monthly instalment and security deposit) will always be displayed on the offer and the contract before confirmation in your Customer Area.

Click on the “Subscribe” button on the subscription page. Select your subscription and complete the registration form. A member of our team will contact you to assist you with the process if necessary.

We’ll send your quote, followed by the subscription contract, directly to your email address for you to sign online. Pay for your subscription when you sign, then book your first vehicle. Your subscription will be activated on the date you collect the vehicle.

Yes, a security deposit is required as part of your NUVERO subscription.

The amount of the deposit depends on the vehicle selected and the subscription plan chosen.

The security deposit will be refunded at the end of your subscription, subject to:

<li>Any excess kilometres,</li>
<li>Any damage not covered by the insurance,</li>
<li>Or any outstanding amounts.</li>
</ul>
The security deposit is a standard safeguard to ensure the smooth running of the subscription.

As part of your subscription, you can choose the amount of your deposit according to your preferences.

Paying a deposit reduces the amount of your monthly instalment and does not constitute a security deposit: it forms an integral part of the total cost of your subscription.

NUVERO also offers plans without a deposit, depending on the vehicle selected and the applicable terms and conditions.

All vehicles in the fleet are registered in Switzerland.

With the NUVERO subscription, two drivers from the same household or business partners are included.

The minimum commitment period set out in your contract is contractually binding.

However, in certain exceptional circumstances, early termination may be permitted, in particular in the event of death or permanent departure from Switzerland, subject to the provision of the necessary supporting documents and approval by our teams.

Your contract specifies the start date of your subscription and the minimum contract term you have selected.

At the end of this minimum period, your subscription may be cancelled at any time, subject to one month’s notice before the next monthly renewal date.

Example:
if your vehicle is handed over to you on 14 February 2025 with a minimum term of 12 months, the earliest possible cancellation date will be 13 February 2026.

In this case, your cancellation request must be sent to us by 13 January 2026 at the latest.
