Once you have selected your vehicle, you can choose the duration of your subscription and your monthly mileage allowance. You can also opt for home delivery, depending on your preferences.

Once your subscription has been confirmed.

Your vehicle will be available within 21 days, depending on the model selected (see the delivery time stated in your quote), with 24-hour breakdown assistance.
NUVERO adheres to the most stringent European data protection standards and uses advanced technologies to ensure the security and confidentiality of our communications.

Our subscription model has been designed to offer a seamless, fully digital experience.

Your subscription includes the manufacturer’s servicing and breakdown cover, with the option to choose the insurance package that suits you best.

You have two options:

NUVERO Insurance
You benefit from comprehensive insurance cover included directly in your subscription, for a simple and fully managed experience.

Your own insurance
You can choose to insure your vehicle directly with the insurer of your choice. The cover must meet NUVERO’s requirements and be approved before the vehicle is made available.

In both cases, you benefit from personalised support, a fully digital application process with a secure electronic signature, as well as centralised and secure management of your documents and payments.

Home delivery can also be arranged to suit your preferences.

The steps towards your next motoring experience

First stage

You have two options:
A) Set up your subscription directly online using our sign-up forms, after selecting your payment preferences.
B) Chat directly with an adviser via WhatsApp for a quick response or, if you prefer, book an appointment via the ‘Contact an adviser’ tab.
Our advisers are on hand to assist you with care and discretion.

Stage Two

Under Option A, once your offer has been approved, your contract will be sent to you along with a list of the documents required to finalise your subscription.
Under Option B, following our discussion, you will be asked to provide the documents required to approve your subscription in order to finalise your subscription.
Once you have submitted the documents required for your subscription, you will receive regular updates regarding the preparation and delivery of your vehicle until it is estimated to be ready (approximately 21 days, depending on the model selected).

Stage three

In both cases, your vehicle will be handed over to you according to the option you have chosen: home delivery or collection from our premises.
Every delivery is a special occasion, designed to offer a seamless, elegant experience that reflects the NUVERO brand.
Because experiencing motoring in a different way begins from the very first moment.

How does the NUVERO subscription work?
The NUVERO subscription offers a modern alternative to traditional car purchase and leasing.

The fully digital NUVERO experience provides easy access to an exceptional vehicle through a flexible package that includes:

Comprehensive insurance
Manufacturer-approved servicing
Tyres
Taxes
Roadside assistance
A smoother, more flexible approach to premium motoring, based on a single monthly payment.

Choose the subscription term that best suits your needs.

The term you select is your minimum commitment period. At the end of this period (minimum 6 months), your subscription can be extended up to the maximum term specified for the vehicle you have chosen.

Your vehicle will usually be delivered within approximately three weeks of receipt of payment and full approval of your application.

During this period, the NUVERO teams will take care of all the necessary administrative procedures, including:

Registration,
Number plates,
Vehicle documents,
Vehicle preparation.
Where a specific availability date is indicated for a vehicle, it will generally be ready within three weeks of that date.

Some models may require additional time depending on:

Their availability,
Their configuration,
Or the current stage of their procurement process.
