The NUVERO subscription includes the mileage package specified in the contract, routine maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, normal wear and tear, season-appropriate tyres, applicable taxes and administrative fees, the Swiss motorway vignette where required, vehicle registration, and assistance for the entire duration of the subscription. Vehicle insurance: when subscribing, the Customer chooses between: NUVERO Insurance: the insurance coverage set out in the Special Conditions, the cost of which is included in the price of the corresponding subscription. Deductibles, exclusions, limitations and applicable conditions are specified in the contractual documents. Personal insurance: the Customer takes out coverage with the insurer of their choice that meets NUVERO’s minimum requirements. This coverage must be validated by NUVERO in advance and maintained without interruption for the entire duration of the subscription. No vehicle will be made available before the required proof of insurance has been received and validated. The Customer shall immediately inform NUVERO of any change, suspension, termination or cessation of this coverage. In particular, the subscription does not include: fuel or electric charging, tolls, parking, fines, insurance deductibles, damage not covered by the applicable insurance, and expenses resulting from improper use of the vehicle. For an additional fee, the Customer may increase their mileage package, benefit from a reduced deductible where this option is available with NUVERO Insurance, or take out any other option offered when configuring their subscription. The minimum subscription term is six (6), twelve (12), eighteen (18) or twenty-four (24) months, depending on the plan chosen. The contract ends on its expiry date, unless an extension has been agreed in writing in advance by NUVERO and subject to vehicle availability. NUVERO may terminate the contract early in the cases provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, in particular in the event of non-payment, false declaration, loss or suspension of the driving licence, failure or cessation of the required insurance, breach of contract, or use of the vehicle contrary to the contract. Photographs, illustrations, colours, equipment and features shown on NUVERO’s materials are for indicative purposes only. Only the vehicle identified in the Special Conditions is the subject of the contract, subject to manufacturer technical modifications that do not affect its essential characteristics.
